What to include
- Medicare (Better Access)
- Referral letter addressed to Luca Falcone, Registered Psychologist, plus the Mental Health Treatment Plan: up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.
- Workers compensation
- Referral from the nominated treating doctor, claim number and insurer. No gap for approved treatment once the claim is accepted.
- CTP (motor accident)
- Referral from the treating doctor, claim number, CTP insurer and confirmation that the insurer has approved treatment.
- Private / no rebate
- No referral needed.
What happens next
I'll contact the patient to arrange a first appointment. New patients are generally offered a first appointment within 10 days.

- CTP (motor accident): treatment approved by the CTP insurer

What you'll receive
A written response after the initial assessment containing formulation, treatment plan and risk considerations, and a further letter at review or discharge. I'll contact you directly, not by letter alone, where risk is a live concern.
