Maybe an injury, or a hard time at work, has changed how you see yourself. Maybe the pressure of competing has stopped being useful. Or maybe things look fine from the outside, and you've quietly felt for a long time that something's missing.
Whatever has brought you here, you don't need to have it worked out before you get in touch. We can start with a short conversation.
How I can help
Work injury and workplace stress
If you've been injured or hurt at work, support to recover, rebuild your confidence and work out what comes next. I'm SIRA approved, so once your workers compensation or CTP claim is accepted, there's no gap fee for approved treatment. The insurer pays directly. Six years working in workplace rehabilitation and workers compensation.

What ties my work together
Whatever brings people to me, there's often a common thread.
Something you relied on (your work, your sport, your sense of who you are) has stopped holding steady.
Sometimes that happens suddenly: an injury, a selection call, a change at work you didn't choose. Sometimes it's been building for years, from long before you can remember choosing it.
I bring together a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology and six years working in workplace rehabilitation and workers compensation. For you, that means someone who understands pressure from the inside and knows how to work with it.
How to get started: referrals, Medicare and workers comp
Work injury
Speak to your GP (your nominated treating doctor) about a referral. Once your claim is accepted, the insurer pays for approved treatment and there is no gap fee for you. Case managers and rehab providers can contact me directly, and I'll liaise with your doctor about the referral.
Private therapy
A Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP gives you a Medicare rebate on up to 10 sessions per calendar year. You can also book without a referral.
Performance
Performance programs run over several sessions rather than one-offs. We'll start with a conversation about what you're working towards.
