Use the referral form or email luca@thinkfirstpsychology.com.au with the worker's name, claim number, insurer, nominated treating doctor, and a brief presenting summary. Or call the practice on 0413 239 432.

Once I receive the referral I'll contact the patient to arrange a first appointment. They're also welcome to book a free 15-minute call directly.

Please note psychology treatment under the NSW scheme requires a referral from the worker's nominated treating doctor. If that's not yet in place I'm happy to liaise.

• Psychological injury from bullying, harassment and excessive work demands
• Vicarious trauma
• Adjustment following physical injury
• Return-to-work capacity and occupational identity loss
• Pain-related psychological presentations

• First appointment offered within 10 days for new clients
• Telehealth: by video, available statewide, funded at the same rate as in-person
• AHTRs: lodged promptly, with clear treatment goals and measurable outcomes
• Progress reports: within five business days of request
• Case conferencing: available. I'll attend with the worker's consent
• Standardised outcome measures: K10 and DASS-21 as clinically indicated, reported at review
• Return-to-work focus: treatment goals framed around function and capacity, not symptom reduction alone
